BOOKING PROCEDURE
Our pages contain as much information on our holidays as possible. Where appropriate departure dates and prices are shown for you to best choose the holiday that suits you. We also attempt to display the current availability of our holidays however these are always subject to change. We do not operate an online booking facility, however you can make a booking or an enquiry using the following methods.
1. Call our sales office (during opening hours) on 0845 3440342. Our Web Travel Services sales team will take all the details of your request and contact you with current availability and prices based on the information you provide. You can then choose to proceed with your booking and pay a deposit or full holiday price (depending on departure dates) by credit or debit card (surcharges credit card charges apply 1% on deposits and full payments and all balances 1.75% except Amex which is 2%). Final payments can be made by the same method or by cheque. Your travel documents will be sent to you normally within 2 weeks prior to departure, however you will receive booking confirmations from us once payments have been processed. ALL calls to our sales office are NO OBLIGATION. Feel free to call us for any request. As an ABTA registered agent, we can help you with questions relating to our featured holidays or in providing alternatives that our website may not offer.
2. Complete our email enquiry form. On the pages that contain departure dates and prices, a link to our email enquiry form will be present. To place a NO OBLIGATION enquiry direct to our sales team, simply click on this link and complete the enquiry form as fully as possible. Where possible the form will already include the information regarding the holiday you are interested in. Other options or requests can be entered in the comments field. Once our sales team receive your request we will check availability and confirm prices and endeavor to contact you within 24 hours. Please ensure you provide us with a contact telephone number should we need to contact you to discuss your request.
3. Email us direct. You can email our sales office directly with a question or reservation request by using our primary email address: sales@webtravelservices.co.uk
Optional extras such as airport hotels/parking can also be arranged for a supplimentary cost. Please ask us at time of booking for further information.
Appropriate travel insurance is compulsory on all overseas holidays. This may be our insurance or your own.
Please refer to the booking conditions of ourselves and our suppliers which are available on our site or on request.
Please ensure you have a valid passport with at least 6 months prior to expiry.
