5-Day Break

• Dec 23 or Dec 29 – We travel to Belgium and stop for the night.
• Christmas Eve or Dec 30 – Cologne (included). We visit the grand cathedral city of Cologne, on the banks of the Rhine, before arriving at our hotel in the Moselle Valley, where we stay for three nights. B,D
• Christmas Day or New Years Eve – Moselle Valley (optional). Enjoy an excursion along the gentle Moselle Valley with included winetasting at the House of Anton Hammes. B,L,D - Christmas Day or B,D - New Years Eve
• Boxing Day or New years Day – Rhine Valley (included). Our excursion along the picturesque Rhine Valley takes in the city of Koblenz, where the Rhine and Moselle meet and the quaint riverside towns of Boppard and St. Goar. A cruise (optional) along the river is the perfect way to view the ancient castles, picturesque villages and the Loreley Rock. B,D
• Dec 27 or Jan 2 – We journey to Calais, then home. B

Accommodation

You'll stay for three nights at the 3-star standard Hotel Moselblick in the small village of Treis-Karden, with views over the Moselle. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, and all bedrooms have a TV and telephone. Please note: some bedrooms are located in the hotel's annexes, which are only a short walk from the main building.

Overnight stays in Belgium will be in city-style hotels.
